Linda Lee Holman Berguson

Berguson, Linda Lee of Carlsbad, CA passed away December 26, 2021 at the age of 75. She was born in Seattle, Washington in 1946 to Thelma Holman (Winters) and William Holman and was the youngest of 4 children. She moved to the Minneapolis, Minnesota area at an early age and graduated from Edina High School in 1964. She married Bruce Howard Berguson in 1966 and they had 3 children. They moved to Denver, Colorado, in 1984; Glendale, California, in 1994; and finally settled in Carlsbad, California, in 2000. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, sister Patricia Berens, & brother William Holman. She is survived by her husband Bruce of 55 years, sister Janet Boland, children Jim (Berkley) Cathy Gonzales (Darren) & Amy (Luke), six grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews & cousins. Her love, kindness, and creativity, as well as her constant encouragement and support, will be missed by all.

Linda's husband, Bruce Berguson, Edina class of '62, notified us today that our classmate Linda passed away on December 26th after a short fight against Covid. She was fully vaccinated and had a booster. She followed our class site and he wanted us to know. Our thoughts are with him and his family. I believe that Linda may be the first of our classmates to die of Covid.
