So sorry to hear of Dal's passing. I understand he's been unwell for some time. He was a friend and neighbor back in the day. We had a lot of fun in Edina Highlands...all of the sports and good times flood my memories.

Rest in peace Dal...may we all cherish each remaining day!!!

Dallas was not only a quality athlete, but more importantly a quality person. I first met Dallas in Mrs. Fairbanks sixth grade class. Later in life I met him again at Wooddale Church. He was donating his time as the head cook for the Saturday evening meal after the church service. He did such a great job, that the line to pick up his preparation was always long, and always well worth the wait. Shortly after he left, due to health issues, the food line started to shrink, and eventually it was discontinued. Dallas was missed by his church family, and will now be missed by all those that called him a friend. Rest in peace Dallas, the world just lost one of it's best.
